MENA Capital Holding

In Jun-2014, MENA Capital invested in a diversified Shari’ah compliant real estate investment portfolio comprising of four properties within four distinct investments in the United States (three in Texas & one in Florida). MENA Capital invested in the portfolios with the objective of capitalizing on the medium-term capital appreciation & periodic income returns (8.5% p.a.distributed semi-annually). The properties in the Portfolio were sold over a period of five months from Jul-2017 and MENA Capital realized a net IRR of 9.1% & total returns of 29.7% on its investment in the portfolio after a holding period of circa 3.4 years.
